Note:
Administrator permissions are required to access the Purge
APE (Asynchronous Process Engine) Log form.
The APE Job Log lists the results for each scheduled job that runs, including but not limited to those for auto-generated tasks, task management updates/notifications, event tasking, the Air calculator, the Citation Notification web service, Process Data Manager imports, and ARS (Advanced Reporting Solutions). The start and finish date/time, the run status, and the results are provided for each log entry. Any errors are displayed as results. Typically, the APE Log can be accessed via the Tools folder in the Navigation Tree for the applicable modules. In the Air module, click Data Entry > Emissions Management > Async Process Engine Log.
Use the Purge APE Log to delete job log entries no longer needed. Entries can be deleted for a specific date range and/or a specific job type, such as PWTaskNotify, Air Calculator, ARS Scheduled Task, etc. Purged records are completely deleted from your Essential database. No jobs currently running will be purged.
