The Scenario Requirement Tasks form is used in conjunction with the Compliance Scenario form to complete a step in the applicability analysis that covers verifying, editing, and deleting tasks. Requirements describe what you need to do to ensure that you maintain compliance with a rule (regulation, policy, or permit). Tasks are measurable activities that you define to meet a requirement. For example, if a requirement is to sample quarterly, the tasks involved might be:
Perform sample procedure X13.
Send result to manager.
When the status of a rule is set to Applies, any tasks defined for the requirement on the Requirement Citation Information form are automatically copied to the Tasks section on the Compliance Scenario form. Use the Scenario Requirement Tasks form to further define a requirement task for an applicability analysis, to delete tasks for requirements that do not apply, or to establish additional tasks.
