The MSDS Bulk Publishing tool is used to publish or republish multiple electronic files for one or more selected MSDS Codes. For example, you can publish MSDSs for different materials or publish the same material’s MSDS in many different languages.
You must select the language and file name for each MSDS you want to publish. When republishing, indicate if the MSDS constitutes a major change and enter the reason for the change. The major revision status and reason for change description will be placed in the History of Revisions section on the MSDS Information form for future reference. Along with republishing existing MSDSs, the MSDS Bulk Publishing tool allows you to publish MSDSs for a material in languages or formats not previously published.
