Viewing and Printing an MSDS

View and/or print one or more MSDSs that you published for a material or MSDS Name on the MSDS Information form. The Available MSDSs to View section displays all revisions published and all language and format combinations. Click the View button to display the MSDS. Print from the File menu of Internet Explorer.

To view or print an MSDS using the MSDS Information form

1. Click Data Entry > MSDS Information > MSDS Information in the Navigation Tree.
   
   The MSDS Information list is displayed.

2. Locate your MSDS and click one of its links to open the MSDS Information form.

3. Click View MSDS.
   
   The Available MSDSs to View section appears.

4. Locate the applicable Revision and click View.
   
   The MSDS is displayed. Print from the File menu of Internet Explorer.
