Chronic Leaker Report

On the Chronic Leaker Report form, generate a report that lists current chronic leakers, repaired chronic leakers, or chronic leakers removed from the Chronic Leakers List during a specified date range for one or more entities. Each version of the report shows the entity, production area and subarea, tag name and description, equipment category and size, and the start date of the tag's chronic leaker status. For the Repaired Chronic Leaker report, the repair date/time is included. For the Removed Chronic Leaker report, the end date of the tag's chronic leaker status is displayed. The report can be printed, exported to Microsoft Excel, or exported to Microsoft Word. Data is displayed in a table format in Word.
