Equipment Attributes

On the Equipment Attribute form, enter a list of attributes that will help maintenance crews and monitoring technicians identify components at an entity. For example, the material a component is made of may be defined so that a repair crew will know what type of replacement component to bring.

For each equipment attribute, equivalent entries in different languages can be defined. For example, a "Ball valve" attribute in German, "Kugelhahn", could be specified. When localization has been implemented, the Culture setting assigned to a user determines which value is displayed in field lists on Essential forms. Enter the corresponding equipment attributes and associate each one with the appropriate language in the Language Dependent Equipment Attributes section.

Assign equipment attributes to the components at your facility on the Tag form.
