Source Reduction Activity Codes

On the Source Reduction Activity Code form, enter standard alphanumeric codes and descriptions to indicate the types of action taken to reduce the amount of a toxic chemical on-site. Source reduction activity code W41, which is described as "Increased purity of raw materials", is an example. The source reduction activities at your facility must be included in reports such as the form R.

After establishing your source reduction activity codes, establish a list of the methods used to identify these reduction activities on the Source Reduction Identification Method form.
