On the Temperature Profile form, review normal monthly temperature patterns for a location over the course of a year. The data is shipped with Essential and is derived from the EPA database of meteorological data. Meteorological data is used in emission equations requiring temperature information.
If the city where your entity is located is not listed, establish your entity and its temperature profile or copy the temperature profile of a city that closely resembles the one at your entity, such as a nearby city.
The ozone season operating percentage information is important to note. It defines the percentage of operations that occur at a facility during the ozone season (summer months) and is relevant to emissions inventory reporting.
