Aspect Assessment Criteria

On the Aspect Criteria form, set up aspect assessment questions/statements as field labels and map them to the appropriate placeholder "QX" (e.g., Q1, Q2, etc.) fields that are displayed in the Assessment section on the Entity Aspect form. Enter criteria in the form of a question or statement that can be answered with a "Yes", "No", or "N/A" response—each QX field's list of options available for user selection. A maximum of 100 characters can be entered.

Aspect criteria is associated with entities. There are eight QX fields available that are arranged in the following subsections:

Entity Aspect form
Assessment Subsection

Number of
Criteria Fields

Part 1: Significant Environmental Impact

3 QX fields

Part 2: Aspects w/Opportunity for Improvement

4 QX fields

Part 3: Enhancement Opportunities

1 QX field

Criteria is mapped to a part and a Q number. When an entity is selected for an aspect record, any existing criteria mapped to a QX field automatically replaces that QX field label. If no criteria has been mapped to a placeholder field, the QX label is displayed. (The colon is always automatically displayed at the end of the label.)

For each aspect criteria, equivalent entries in different languages can be defined. When localization has been implemented, the Culture setting assigned to a user determines which value is displayed in field lists on Essential forms. Enter the corresponding criteria with the appropriate language in the Language Dependent Criteria section on the form.
