Note:
The Air module is required to generate the Calculation Log.
A record is added to the Calculation Log each time an emission calculation is executed. The entity, calculation date, and end date are provided. A Yes/No indicator lets you know if the calculation ran with warnings. Click a log entry link to view additional calculation information:
The Calculation Details Log section is populated if the Generate Calculation Details Log option on the Emissions Calculation Job form, Calculate Emissions form, or Production Planning form is selected prior to calculations. The mass value is automatically calculated, Amount x Number of Operating Hours, and included in this section. The values displayed in the Value, Amount, Base Amount, User Value, and Mass fields are rounded to four digits after the decimal point except where the value is less than the number that can be displayed with four decimal places. In such cases, the scientific notation is used, e.g., 0.00005 becomes 5e-05.
The Detailed Warnings section contains errors encountered during emission calculation execution that are equation-related (e.g., invalid expression) and/or material-related (e.g., missing vapor pressure method). The physical property selected for speciation calculations is displayed in parentheses after the molecular weight label. The details provided about the calculations are suitable for use by the Essential support group for troubleshooting emission calculation issues.
