Several logs are available to help track and manage WOM activities. A description of each log is provided below.
The File Process Log maintains a list of files processed by the WOM. The interface system name, file name, and date and time received are logged.
Click Tools > Logging Information > File Process Report in the Navigation Tree.
For each file processed, the WOM Error Log lists errors that occur during the data validation process. The date and time, file column name, data value, and a description of the error are provided.
Click Tools > Logging Information > WOM Error Log in the Navigation Tree to access the Error Log list. Locate the file and click the file link to view the errors.
The Link Data Audit Log shows manual override data. The table modified, the field name, the old and new value, the user, and the date and time of the override are provided. Available search criteria includes PM and WO numbers and descriptions, override dates/times, and login user account names.
Click Tools > Logging Information > Link Data Audit Log in the Navigation Tree.
Locate the appropriate PM or WO and click the link to open a browse view of the overrides for the selected PM/WO.
Locate the applicable override and click the date/time link to view override details.
