Manifest Reconciliation

The form can also be used to:

The Search Criteria section provides multiple filters to locate the specific set of shipment records needed, such as just the records listed on an invoice. A shipment's status must be set to Shipped or Received to be included in the search. The Search Results sections displays each record found sorted by shipment date and then shipment number. The record with the earliest shipment date is displayed first. Totals for actual gallon and actual pound quantities as well as disposal and transportation costs are automatically calculated and shown below the list of records displayed. Totals are updated when edits are saved.

Note:  If a shipment contains more than one line item of bulk waste materials, just the first line will be listed.

Any edits saved on the Manifest Reconciliation form update the shipment record and can be viewed on the Shipment Information form and the Manifest Return form. Likewise, manifest information documented on the Shipment Information form or Manifest Return form is reflected in the Manifest Reconciliation form.

An option is available to export the records listed in the Search Results section to Excel. In addition to the fields displayed for each record, the Excel worksheet contains columns for the waste receiving facility and number of containers.
